Poster (or plotter) printing is a service provided by UTRGV University Library for current students, faculty, and staff for academic purposes, such as course-related projects as well as conference, symposium, and research presentation posters.
Timeframe
Poster printing can be a time-intensive process depending on the file size, graphics, backgrounds, etc. Printing is completed on a first-come, first-served basis and lines form quickly as academic and conference deadlines approach.
The library recommends that users print their posters at least 24-48 hours ahead of their presentation or project deadline. The library and its staff are not responsible for missed project deadlines.

You can submit your posters via the online form. Reminder that poster printing is a first come first serve basis via this form and to keep in mind that there is a maximum 48-hour turnover time. We are not responsible for any late projects or assignments.
