Color Printing on Campus

Color Printing

LaserJet

Color printing is available for class and research projects. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to bring print-ready documents saved to a USB to avoid any delays. Prints will be deducted from your UTRGV print credit account:

  • Single-sided color = 2 print credits
  • Double-sided color = 3 print credits

HP Color LaserJet 500 M551

Prints are on standard US Letter (8.5" x 11") 20# photocopy paper only.
 

Inkjet

The lab has five Epson Stylus Photo R1900 inkjet printers. These printers are popular with graphic design, photography, and art students, but any class assignment that requires full size photo prints can be printed on these machines. Users must provide their own photo-quality paper for inkjet printing. Cardstock and other paper types are not approved for printing.

Epson Stylus Photo R1900 & R2000 Ink Jet Printer

These printers are capable of printing up to Super
B sized prints. Students must provide their own
photo-quality paper for inkjet printing.

  • 5" x 7"
  • 8" x 10"
  • A4 (8.3" x 11.7" )
  • Letter (8.5" x 11")
  • Legal (8.5" x 14")
  • 11" x 14"
  • 12" x 12"
  • B (11" x 17")
  • A3 (11.7" x 16.5")
  • Super B (13" x 19")
